The partners, Cindy Larson-Daugherty,
Ed.D. and Carolynn Larson-Garcia, each possess over 15 years experience
serving small to large companies in both the public and private business
sectors. The partners have experience as business and operations managers,
human resource and training managers, and external training and organizational
development consultants. In addition, the partners have served as adjunct
faculty at premiere business schools in the United States, and as researchers
and authors, publishing articles and chapters in business and organizational
development journals, annuals, handbooks, and texts.
