From custom silk art to limited editions - Carol Gardyne

Carol can do all sizes of scarves and wall hangings that are custom designed for your wardrobe or home. Clients have sent her samples of existing colors and textures already used in their homes and she has created something specific to their color and design needs. Especially popular in California are her wall hangings that are hung, flowing from wood or metal rods, above a bed.

Choose colors to match your favorite outfit.
The Ruana
This versatile garment can be worn in so many ways. It is the perfect accessory for anyone traveling. This beautiful silk piece can be dressy and flowing or tied to look like a jacket. Carol will create a custom piece for you that can have a representational design or a delightfully refreshing abstract design. She also hand paints some ruanas with her soft and simple cloud designs.

  Wall Hangings
A wall hanging can be created to hang horizontally or vertically. This silk piece will soften any room or stairway area. It will not conflict with framed art in your home. Send Carol photos of your home and color information and she will suggest an appropriate size and design for your home interior.
